Women’s Fellowship
Once a month the Women’s Fellowship comes
to the church’s kitchen and prepares meals for our shut-ins who need a
break in their struggles to cook. If you know of anyone who could use
the meals we prepare, please tell any Women’s Fellowships member or
E-mail us at stpeters@stpetersnt.org. They do not have to be a member of
St Peters, thanks for your help in serving all God’s children.

SUNDAY SCHOOL NEWS
December was a busy month for our Sunday School.
We made cards and decorated candy bags for the Sunshine Meals and all
participated in our Christmas Pageant. Thanks to the cow, the sheep, the
doves ,donkey and camel who all contributed to our program. Thanks to
the Moeller family for agreeing to be our Mary, Joseph and baby Jesus!
We will be hosting our annual Bowling Party on
Sunday, January 22. Please see Tom Glass for details and to sign up!
We will also be collecting for the third annual
“Souper Bowl of Sharing” on Super Bowl Sunday!

Important Event on October 16th
Please make sure you all mark your
calendars to remind you to show up At St. Peter’s at 4:00pm on Oct.16.
We
will be having a special church service, formally installing Pastor
Linda as our Pastor. We all already know and love her-but this gives
others the chance also to celebrate her becoming part of us. This
service will be followed by a Pot Luck dinner in the Social Hall around
5:00 PM. There will be a sign up sheet going around just so we can get a
general count and feel free to let us know what you may bring. However,
if you are like me, I never know until the day before-so even a thought
will help! We
all know how great our potlucks turn out so please make you plans! The
church council will be providing a cake for Pastor Linda, so please
think of non desert options! Hope to see you all there…and please invite
anyone you feel might like to come and celebrate with us. What a great
time to invite a friend!
